Ritika Gandhi is the joint lab manager of the interACT Lab and the NICE Lab at Indiana University. She graduated from the University of South Carolina, where she received her B.S. in Experimental Psychology. Her research interests center around the study of adolescent experiences and their impact on adulthood. With this focus, she is interested in investigating how individuals from distinct cultural backgrounds navigate the challenges during adolescence, and how these experiences shape their adult lives in unique ways compared to those from other cultures. Ritika hopes to explore and dive further into her research interests in her role as lab manager while working alongside and learning from like-minded individuals and professionals in the field.
